Did you ever think why seasonal food is healthier food?
Have you ever considered your relationship with food?

RIBH MENA has teamed up with nutritionist Dr. Mina el Naggar in a series of two sessions on nutritional awareness titled "To a Healthier Being"

In these sessions we will talk about food as an integral and vital part of our lives and how our relationship with food dictates many other aspects of our lives. We will also learn how to take the first steps towards the change of concept, get to know the different types of food and what our bodies really need to achieve a healthy lifestyle!

Join us on the 15th and 19th of February 2015 at icecairo. Series fees: 50 EGP.
